At LandingPages360, we value our partnerships with marketing agencies and businesses. To ensure a seamless working relationship and maintain trust, we adhere to a strict No Direct Client Communication Policy when providing our landing page development services to agencies and third-party partners.
1. Client Confidentiality
LandingPages360 operates as a white-label landing page provider for marketing agencies. We recognize that agencies own the relationship with their clients, and we commit to maintaining the integrity of that relationship.
2. No Direct Contact with Clients
- We will not directly contact, solicit, or engage with any clients of our partner agencies.
- All communication regarding projects, revisions, and deliverables will be conducted exclusively with the agency or designated point of contact provided by the agency.
- We will not disclose our identity to the agency’s clients unless explicitly requested by the agency.
3. Project Communication & Deliverables
- All discussions, feedback, and project updates will be shared only with the agency.
- LandingPages360 will never request access to the client’s personal details, except when necessary for project execution, and only after approval from the agency.
- Any requests for changes, modifications, or additional services will be coordinated through the agency.
4. Non-Compete Assurance
- LandingPages360 does not offer direct marketing services to businesses, ensuring that we are not in competition with agencies that partner with us.
- We do not advertise directly to end clients seeking marketing services.
- Our focus remains exclusively on providing high-converting landing pages for our partners.
5. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Availability
To further ensure confidentiality and security, we offer custom NDAs upon request. This agreement legally protects both parties and ensures non-disclosure of any proprietary information.
6. Limited Access to Client Sites
- If required, we request agencies to provide limited access to client websites (e.g., a temporary user role with restricted permissions) to prevent any unnecessary exposure to client information.
- Alternatively, we can host landing pages externally and provide embed codes or links for integration.
7. Violation & Resolution
In the unlikely event of a misunderstanding or concern, we encourage open communication to resolve issues professionally. If an agency believes there has been a breach of this policy, we are committed to addressing and rectifying the situation immediately.
8. Policy Acknowledgment
By engaging with LandingPages360, agencies acknowledge and agree to abide by this No Direct Client Communication Policy. This policy helps us foster long-term, trustworthy relationships with our partners.
